Heüge is a brand of Mino ware, ceramics produced in the Tono area of Gifu prefecture in Japan for more than 1,000 years. The four colors of Setoguro, a glossy black, Shino, a natural white color, Oribe, an austere deep green, and Kizeto, a warm yellow, are the traditional colors of Mino ware and are thought to best visually complement food and drnks.
